If your head's really somewhere a bit wayward, you don't need to run the risk of anyone having an opinion of what you're saying or taking it the wrong way.
having it affect them or having them feel in some way responsible.
I've had that in the past where you say how you're feeling and all of a sudden the very empathetic partner that you have thinks it's their fault.
And it's like, oh God, I'm not blaming anyone.
I'm just saying how I feel.
So it's better to just leave it in the room, I think.
What we've realised from this is I basically want out.
