I've had lights, batteries charging.
I run my skill saw and 12-inch miter saw with my refrigerator plugged into it.

It's an incredible machine.
So it has UPS and pass-through technology, meaning say you have it plugged into the wall, it'll continue to stream power to your medical device.
Now, your power gets cut out.
This thing will flip over and start using the battery from the device itself, and your medical device will not shut off.
UPS is called uninterruptible power supply, and pass-through means that you can have it charging while using it.
So most people don't have that ability on their units.
