And again, like, you know, not as a risk of sort of piling on to these guys or sort of one mis-evaluation, because, again, that happens.

You maybe can draft the wrong guy, have a pick there.

But I think as this piece showed, really, there was a disconnect from the staff.

to the higher-ups there.

And people didn't fear their voices were being heard.

They didn't feel like the entire group opinion was being taken into account.

And it's such a fine line.

I was talking to a friend in the NBA about this as well, where like,

you know, if, if this had worked out, right.

Like maybe my story is like, wow, against everybody told him one thing and he went with his gut and it worked out, you know, and he, and we'd be praising Sam Presti who like, this is the next genius.

And like, you know, it did it right.

And it failed pretty demonstrably and, and it feels like the other way.

So, you know, I think the, the, the encouraging thing is you guys highlighted with,

sort of the Bryson experience is that, and I asked him pretty directly of like, how do you know when everybody's saying one thing and you think another that, you know, you're not wrong.

Like, you know, everybody else is wrong and you're right versus the other way around.

And, and, you know, his process on that, where he was like, that's sort of what the entire process,

The entire process is for is that I'm bringing my staff in early, hearing arguments, you know, from the jump, from the beginning stages here to sort of avoid being at the end of the process and it feeling like one, you know, me versus everybody or everybody versus me.

You know, that just sort of more collaborative style, I think, is is, again, how Bryce is going to run this.

And as you know, as we noted earlier, like.

Early signs have been good, but there is sort of no guarantees still kind of with this new regime that they're going to get it right.
