He now advises major global brands on how to become truly AI-first organizations, not just adopting AI tools, but fundamentally redesigning how the work gets done.
Let's hear from Steve.
Take us back to that time at Intel where you were a futurist and you were sort of looking at that near, that far future.
We've talked a lot in the show about there was much fanfare, I think, where we were getting slightly cozier with the US.
And it felt like the right thing to do.
I remember the sort of pomp and ceremony around President Trump coming and he brought a lot of those tech leaders with him, which was kind of an interesting choice.
We made some deals.
The relationship has sort of chilled a little bit since then.
And then there's lots of talk around Britain's place.
Should we be looking more to China?
What's kind of going on in Europe?
Or do we put all our eggs in the US basket?
What's your take on the role that Britain can play?
Should we try and go it alone?
Is there such thing as kind of sovereign AI?
Or should we be looking to make some smart partnerships around the world?
