Um, not to get too technical, but, uh, you know, I broke down again, like I recorded myself doing this for two hours and created sort of like all the thought processes, the frameworks, how to stack these things together, prompts people can use, how to create some skills that are useful and, uh,

you know, we'll give that to the listeners and, uh, I hope it helps them sort of action some of this in their company.
