They're gonna have big budgets, they're gonna have loads of ideas and things like that.
But does it actually make it more challenging because of how many things they've done over the years?
Absolutely.
And I just you've kind of got my brain, you know, thinking now about th that the the task when you look at Guinness again as an example, for forgive me sort of dwelling on that just for a second, but if you think about it from a product point of view, this is a product that fundamentally hasn't changed in centuries.
Right?
It's a pint of Guinness.
Everyone knows it, everyone loves it, uh and you know, the the recipe is strict and that's what it is.
Yeah.
So they're not constantly innovating and trying to develop a new one in the way that a car manufacturer is trying to do that.
So when you've got a car launch or a new vehicle launch or a big vehicle brand like Nissan, for example, you know, you've
you've got a new product, new features, you've probably got lots of stuff and a story that you can tell about the development of that new thing.
With somebody like Guinness, it's complete opposite, isn't it?
You're dealing with a product that centuries are that hasn't changed.
So the task of innovating and telling a story about that, I guess will be totally different to a a brand new, newly developed product.

Yeah.
Yeah, and and let let's um stay on that word people for a second, because you know, d twenty-eight years at imagination and fifty years as a business, things will have grown, things will have developed.
Um what's the task like of not just being creative and that day-to-day communication with the clients, but you will need to have that same level of relationship with the team internally as well to keep to keep them motivated, to keep the clients.
creative juices flowing to continually expand, I guess, as the business is expanding.
I if I may ask, um, and I'm gonna reference uh a recent podcast um that that that we've put out there uh with Maria O'Day from the Event School London talking about uh and she came on to talk about the um the regulated qualification status that they've been awarded at the event school in London.
