Now, do you think that those in control of this technology, whether they've figured it out or not, there's a lot of controversy on both sides.

Some people say we have.

Some people say we haven't.

Some people say we understand the technology.

We don't quite know how to replicate it because of the power it would take to generate, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

But what incentive would the Defense Department or the various agencies that are in control of the special access, you know, super ultra-secret programs, how would they benefit by sharing that technology with the rest of the world?

They would not.
