Some of the goals he's scored have been absolutely phenomenal.
It is just really his vision, his work rate.
He never stops.
He does not stop running.
You'll have probably seen it when he's played against you.
He's really out of that midfield.
Yeah, he does.
And I mean, I'm sure we'll come on to some negative points, but if anything, it's a positive that he does a lot of running, but he is a little bit of a negative, which he sometimes does try to carry the team.
And when he has dropped into the league below, I feel like he has some sort of responsibility to do that when he's playing with a lesser quality side.
You know, he feels like he has to do that.
Whereas I feel like, you know,
going into a millwall side who's you know playing well at the moment performing well the confidence is high i feel like you might be able to get more out of him than what than what we have in in a weird way if you know i mean it'd be interesting to see what he's like playing with some better players uh than what he's been used to for the past however long it's been i mean we're obviously we're on a
Yeah, I mean, it's something that I've spoken about myself, talking about being that final jigsaw piece in that Millwall side.
I must confess, I've not watched much of Millwall, to be honest, but you just have to look at the numbers in terms of goals.
You probably have struggled a little bit this season in comparison to some other sides.
So, yeah, if he can get you the next five, six, seven goals...
he's not going to score seven i say that now but he'll certainly contribute to those whether that's a goal or an assist maybe and and then yeah he obviously going to be vital to you and i think um he does have the ability to do that you know people have probably looked at his age and said you know 36 years old why are we signing a 36 year old player but he doesn't play like one at all you know he he's got bags of energy bags of running and like i said he
Bannon likes to play with better players.
We saw at Sheffield Wednesday when he was playing in that midfield, sometimes he would drop quite deep, almost playing like a quarterback role.
And me personally, I don't want to see him there because he wasn't as effective.
