Um, they've got a vested interest in the game, its health and its growth.
And I think they know that we bring that to those conversations.
I'd like to think that, um, uh, you know, I don't necessarily want to be here agitating for change this morning.
I'd much prefer to be really confident in the system.
Um, and, uh, you know, and, and, and have players that, um, that have that same view.
And how much of a concern is that for the game?
So one of the things I did in my first few months was sitting down with the players, I started to talk to them about what role do we have in growing the game?
It's really important.
We're partners in the game through the CBA.

And one of the things that was really strongly put forward by the players, we want to give more of ourselves.
We're actually really happy to show a little bit more of our personality, to give a bit more perspective on the game.

The writer on that, the major concern with that is when we do that, there are examples where it's used against us.

I don't think it's helpful because what we all want, I think,
is for players to give more of themselves to grow the game.
