And then once you're using live chat and analytics, you're starting to actually turn those visitors into customers.
Once you're engaging with them, then they just automatically, when you capture an email address, they automatically fall into our people CRM part of the product, at which point you can then use that to automate communication with them, to keep a record of everything, all the CRM stuff you would like to do.
And yeah, essentially, that's kind of the way it flows.
We generally, one of the things we always hoped was, oh, someone will come in and want to buy them all at once.
And that rarely happens.
What normally happens is you land and expand, as you know.
And that's something we're always working on in terms of the product.
And it's a big part where the product is the marketing.
We're always working on the onboarding and the way we can increase the adoption of the rest of the suite.
And you can do that with a product.
You can do that with the pricing.
But yeah, it's always something we're trying to do because we know if companies buy into the whole lot, they're so much more successful and they're so much more likely to be with us for the long run.
I don't know.
I mean, we're really just trying to, there's a lot of things we're trying to figure out right now.
