Did I have a fifty three man roster set ahead of training camp?

Uh I did not.

I can tell you that uh like to keep things pretty uh fluid and organic.

Um and you know, as you inch through it, uh you kinda set certain thresholds and and dates on the the calendar for check-ins to begin building that out and shaping it and shaping some of the dynamics in a more formal manner.

Uh but walking in the door at training camp that wasn't the case.

Uh and all the way up until uh the day

we had to make the calls to players to bring 'em back into the building and let 'em know uh that we were moving in a direction or not.

Uh was something that we we kept on the table and and remained fluid with from start to finish.

Yeah, there's been a lot of positive progress, uh a lot of good back and forth.

I think uh you know, as I think back to this time last year, uh Parker was coming off a really strong training camp.

And over the course of the first half of the season he had certain games really, really uh showed up and made a significant dent.

Uh and it was a little sporadic.

By the time mid season hit, started to feel his presence a little bit more and more

Uh really down the stretch in those first in those final four games, uh his impact was notable and he's carried that momentum through the off season program and into training camp.

Uh so certainly love where he's had at heading into the season.

Look forward to seeing that show itself uh once we get into games and for so many other people to see it, but uh really in a good spot with that.

Yeah, I think there's a ton that uh you know, he showcases just on a daily basis, uh, about who he is, how he operates, uh the focus, the determination and the consistency, all that stuff is uh is rooted in just his actions more than any words that he speaks.

Uh in terms of any discussions around uh contract extension or what his future holds, uh I think we're certainly in a position where we're not gonna stop talking and

trying to figure something out and I think we've certainly not shown any unwillingness to do stuff even during the course of the season as you point back to last year.
