I guess that m be twelve that are gonna be operating outside the building.
Oddly enough, uh so a lot of 'em are actually based in Jacksonville still, but not necessarily uh operating in the building every day.
So while you may actually be a college scout whose area is the northeast, but you're actually based in Jacksonville as your hometown, you just commute uh to the
area right to and from.
Now a a lot of times right that's can be somebody who uh recently was working in the building the last cycle and so rather than move just like that you're just it's an easier commute to adjust in that way.
Yeah.
Um but nonetheless right to have everybody in the same room
uh when usually we're doing that stuff virtually throughout the year itself, knowing that so many moving parts uh are going on at the same time.
So really taking advantage of that uh in the best ways that we can and getting some micro moments that aren't inclusive of just the scouting summit and those agendas together where you know you're able to just have some pretty organic dialogue that surfaces to the to the forefront and learn from you.
Yeah, I think uh a big part of it it's it's rooted in professional development.
And uh you talk about really the the idea that we're going through big picture philosophy, uh we're going through process and then we're getting some practice reps.
And so I I think through that uh you're getting a range of different sessions.
We're bringing in guest speakers, uh we're diving into some self scout, we're walking through some lessons learned.
We're bringing in new tricks of the trade, things to be focused on, things to lean into, any scheme adjustments that we're installing and that how that influences how we should scout, uh, all those different types of things uh we're just trying to bring to the table and make sure that uh from both a pro and college level of evaluation, our scouts walk into this cycle with a very clear and vivid visual for A, the type of player that we're looking for.
And B, what's being asked of 'em and how they're gonna go about their business so that they can do that with not all that different than our players on the field, a clear mind.
They're operating at a high level and they're not thinking too much, they're just doing what they do.
Right.
There's a lot of intent, there's a lot of energy that goes into that and it involves uh a lot of different stakeholders.
It uh starts with our coaching staff and uh walking through the scripts for what practice actually has within it and then working with uh sports performance staff to say, hey, here's what actually makes a lot of sense from a load management standpoint and get in the right spot by the time uh you know the game's
start and uh obviously a lot of coordination and communication that ties in there and uh then the execution, right?
