I did watch all of the summer league games, which is just like I don't know why I would do that to myself.
Um, but uh let's just start there.
You guys just got back from from summer league.
What were your overall impressions of just what happened down there?
Uh, and especially being around the team?
Was there some disappointment that they just didn't fare all that well?
By whom?
Well, by the players.
Like because, you know, you go in with a pretty strong roster and then they just, you know, they weren't as good as you might have expected.
Yeah, uh just watching, you know, the game you talking about, the Nets game.
I mean, Max had seven turnovers in fifteen minutes, but it was everyone.
Like everyone had the yips, except for Emmanuel Sharp.
Who again we'll we'll kind of circle him in a minute and and talk about him, but he showed up in that game.
I think that there was a trend that we saw in almost every single one of the games, even the games in Sacramento, is that the Kings did not come out ready to play at all.
Like in every game.
They came from behind in every single game in in Sacramento.
And then when they got to Vegas, uh, sometime if you do that, a team's just gonna stomp you and just gonna put you away early.
And it's not, you know, who cares if you come back late in the game and you put up some numbers, like that doesn't really matter.
You got your butt kicked early in the game when it actually was a basketball game.
