We live in an aging world.
What are we gonna do to make it work for us?
How can we
Put the skills and talents of older people to work in our society in a way that pays off for everyone.
And that to me is an interesting way of moving the conversation forward and saying, okay, this is the world we're living in.
How are we going to get to the next bit?
The crux of her radical idea is that we're going to need more exposure between the generations.
Young people need to hang out with old people more.
Old people need to see more of young people in real life.
Because I think this isn't just a problem that is something for people in their sixties, seventies and eighties to think about.
We're all in this boat together because we're all gonna be old one day.
Well, hopefully, anyway.
