And, you know, I think one of my biggest jobs and one of my biggest things I love about baby is connection with the FTC.

And I have to make sure that I get that connection with every cohort I do because it's so important.

And I always remember when I was sitting on the couch and the connection I had with my trainers and my story, I need to remind myself of doing that every time.

It's just, you know, making sure that I get that connection and it's always changing.

You know, in the last couple of years, a lot's happened for me.

I'm living, I'm training summer sun.

And the new journey of where I am living now, I'm just a different man.

I'm going to get up from here.

I'm going to go help some, take some more classes and do some more work.

When my journey before was doing something less than afternoon, I'd be normally going home for a sleep.

Like it's, yeah, my life's just so changed now.
