It goes back to communication, you can't speak to them and you were talking about Willie there, you could speak to Willie on the pitch but you could also phone him up and have the conversation but unfortunately Willie's no referee in the games but I agree he's got to be having the conversation and he will say they are but they've just no communication skills, it's as if they're on the pitch and they want to show who the boss is really.

When we watched that, go back to that one, I think Stephen McLean should have stuck with that decision as well.
I can see why it is a red card.
I can see why the appeal failed.
But I thought it was a good refereeing decision on the spot at the time where he's had to make the call.
But last night, I thought that decision from John Beaton was right at the time.
You said at the very start, just let the referees referee.
We're not letting them do that.
Are some of them good enough to do it?

But we have got decent refs that could do it.
But we're not even allowing the good referees or the decent, maybe not good, but the decent referees to referee either.
if I could run I would maybe consider it but Sean Murdoch done it Falkirk against Celtic and I thought he got a lot of plaudits but it came back to the way he handled players like you could see him communicating you could see him speaking to the Celtic players the Falkirk players explaining that's all you really ask if a referee can
can have the decency to speak to you like a person speaking normally to someone instead of them showing you away like a schoolteacher.
That's what I believe to do.
Yeah, loads of sympathy for referees, but there's a competitiveness in players from a young age.
