So you should know, right?

Yeah, mate, look, the vibe's great down here at the moment, to be honest, and I think it's largely driven by a few things.

So our region has, I guess if the rural sector's ticking along pretty well, we really noticed that.

So farming is going pretty great right now.

The sheep and beef farmers are enjoying some good times, finally, very well-deserved.

Dairy's ticking along well.

So we noticed that.

So I think that combined with low stock levels, like we've had pretty low stock levels for what feels like all of last year.

So demand has just been outstripping supply, like it's classic supply and demand.

So I can't see things changing

Anytime soon.

November and December were great months.

November, I think, was the best month for our office that we've ever had.

And then December was another beauty as well.

And it's feeling positive early on in this year, too.

So, yeah, like I said, the vibe's good and all the signs are there that it should be a pretty positive year.

Yeah, sure, man.

So I think the big thing is that we've noticed is that first-time buyers can spend a bit more now, which is great for them.
