You just do it for twice a day.
That's not a big ask for five minutes.
And they found that even that short amount of time can have downstream benefits to your stress levels, to your ability to become more comfortable breathing more slowly.
That's really what it's all about.
By breathing more slowly, what you're really doing is breathing normally.
Because so many of us are over-breathing.
My suggestion is just get down to normal.
You don't have to be a super breather.
Just be normal.
