Everywhere.
It's really everywhere.
But my problem with some of that and some of what is being taught is people aren't teaching the foundations.
They're not teaching the absolute essentials, which are how to become a normal breather first.
I think it's a number of things.
I continue to feel the effects of proper breathing, and it's mostly the thousands of letters that I've received from people.
Every time I do an event, I do a public speaking engagement, there's a line of people, and a lot of them are really angry, and some of them are very happy, and they all have questions that no one else is answering for them.

They are not thinking about carbs or protein or sugar.
It's just there.
And to them, they would be pretty surprised.
They'd be like, what do you mean I'm eating wrong?
What do you mean I'm eating too many carbs?
What do you mean I'm eating too much sugar?
