I mean, what's the difference?

I mean, I've heard the expression, we've used it in the past, a job, a better job, a career.

So I think this is what you're talking about rather than just sort of falling into the next thing because you're trying to get out of somewhere else.

So what's the most common short-term career decision that actually harms long-term progression?

So I don't necessarily be taken in by a flashier title or a little bit more money.
