I I worked with numerous like therapists and sports psychologists and the ultimate catalyst to my recovery was getting back into work.

For nearly the best part of ten years, I didn't work.

I was back then it was uh

job seekers allowance.

Obviously I was I was signed off 'cause of my health.

So it was I was just being uh I don't know I can't remember what it what it was called, but I was just living off living off that, which is a drain on

Society.

the privileged lifestyle that I've been given by my parents to then not be able to do anything with my life.

It's like I've got to do something.

It's like if I get back into work,

I've got a purpose, I've got structure, I've got all the things that I feel like I would need to sort my head out.

So I'm gonna have to try and do that.

And obviously that was eventually what I did.

I think I got back into work at about twenty six um while still battling the eating disorder.

Um got back into work and I kinda went, I'm an all or nothing kind of person.

That's relented over the over the years, but being a bit more self aware, you realise you can't be all in it's like all in or all out.

You can't have that re like in reality.

So like but I at the time it was, it was like I'm gonna
