It was just like, how the fuck has my life got here?

Um, but still, anyone that's been wrapped up in addiction um will know that wanting to change and actually changing a

two completely different things.

Um you can have all the all the hopes and desires and and feelings of changing, but without actually implementing anything, you're kind of pissing in the wind.

Um so it's like after coming out of the eating sort of unit at twenty three

I knew I ha ha I wanted to change, but I think it was the reality hit me that

I can't do this on my own.

And I don't know how.

Just completely

Lost in regards to

I wanna be like everybody else.

I wanna feel

Like I have purpose, that I'm a man.

But it was like I'd been in that state of mind and that negative

negative mindset and negative like routine for so long that it become the norm.

I'd obviously rewired my brain to think that having an eating disorder, making myself sick fifty times a day, living a no nocturnal life was normal.

So it's like I I kind of realised that it's kinda not, but I'm so used to this way of thinking that

How on earth am I gonna change that and go back to what normal people do?

Um and that's why it still took me best part of five years to recover.

Um and obviously then I did.
