It was a really good night and Claire and Ebony took it with an open mind and open heart.
We had a lot of fun and hopefully they took a lot away from the night.
Do it very similar.
It worked really well.
And I think the information we had was definitely useful.
It was definitely a learning curve in terms of actually running the event and the administration side.
So glad I've got one under the belt and can modify it slightly for the next one.

So Ebony, final thoughts?
Well, Western Creek, it's actually my hometown where I grew up.
It's one of the original suburbs of Canberra.
So still a very highly desirable location, quick access to the city and to other parts of Canberra.
Mostly sort of older style family homes that we've got out there.
Yeah, you're right.
We have seen a drop in the clearance rate across Canberra, a bit more in Western Creek.
I'd attribute that more to just the types of homes we're selling, but also what's happening in the market.
And I don't just reference some sort of interest rate changes and buy mentality changing.
Western Creek for the last five years, if we don't just look at the last two, we look all the way back.
