So there's still continued faith in that auction process.
And that's the key word, process.
Auction is just a great tool that we use and use to their potential.
It's great to manage buyers and sellers' expectations.
And if it doesn't sell an auction, that's not a failure.
That's what I tell all my clients.
It's just the next step in the process.
