A lot of my book is about,
how to invite your partner in non-dramatic ways to having a conversation, like to just leaving each other a note, sending each other an email, like having a weekly walk and talk where you're like, just, you know, tell me three things I did right this week.
You know, like it's so easy.
It costs nothing.
And why wouldn't you do?
Because here's what I'll tell you.
If you don't
If you don't have a minute or 10 a week to keep your romantic relationship put together, you have no business having a romantic relationship.
You know, it's like, I think it was Thich Nhat Hanh who said, if you don't have 10 minutes to meditate every day, you need an hour.
Right?
Like you really do.
You need an hour.
Because if you've got that kind of a life that you now are like, oh, I don't have 10 minutes.
Okay, you definitely need an hour then.
Like so if you're in a place where you go, yeah, I can't make 10 minutes for my spouse or my partner to like talk about our relationship.
Cool.
Then you should put aside a lot of time.
Because you're going to end up spending it in my office for $1,000 an hour anyway.
So I think it's a better value for free to spend like 10 minutes a week just consciously being mindful of your relationship and learning and being open to learning and being open to hearing where you got it right and hearing where you got it wrong.
Wow.
