I want you to thrive.

And I'm worried that this isn't gonna, like, I think there's value in it.

But man, like,

a lot of the beauty of love is like that connection, that feeling of like this person's cheering for me.

In a world that's constantly telling me I'm doing it wrong, this person likes the way I'm doing it.

And even when they're, I don't wanna say correcting me, but even when they're making me see something I didn't see that I might not want to have seen, they're doing it because they're cheering for me.

Like there's a difference between saying you're stupid

and saying you're acting stupid.

Like you're stupid is you are stupid.

You're acting stupid is you're not stupid.

But what you're doing right now is stupid.

And I know you're not stupid.

And those are two really different things.

Because one of them is you're so much better than this.

And the other one is you suck.

And the world is really encouraging people.

I would actually say particularly women.

But social media is very much throwing at both genders, but mostly women.

that like, yeah, don't put up with anything less than perfect.

Like if you're not getting exactly what it is you need, someone's failing you.
