I know they got Etienne Moran here still, but this is a purely futures draft pick move for the Devils, and you got to think there's another shoe to drop.

And so it's really interesting because both these, the Brady could Chuck move from Ottawa's perspective, you know, it would be the smartest acquisition the devils can make.

They just traded a young right shot defenseman.

Yeah.

But both of these now feel like, okay, the Brady Kachuk is step one from the Ottawa Senator's perspective.

And this feels like step one from the New Jersey devil's perspective, right?

They don't feel like closed loops.

They feel like preludes to more action, which is fantastic from my point of view.

No, you know, and I would say the same for, especially not the New Jersey stuff.

Cause it's in the future, mostly other than the second, right?

Ottawa, if you're going to use it, you kind of do.
