contract negotiating not necessarily the salary cap day to day management is my understanding and again I could easily be partially correct or incorrect here but she's done a lot of the contract negotiating and Kami Granato has been involved in a both pro and amateur scouting capacity so again there's absolutely room you would think for both of them to take on larger roles and potentially grow that's my understanding as of right now of what their roles have been
