So if you do this deal and it goes through, you would have pick 24, pick 30, pick 33, pick 35, and pick 41.

So that's five picks in a 17 or 18-pick range between 24 and 41.

And I think really that would help accomplish two important things because you need the high-end home run swings at the top of the draft review of the Canucks.

Those types of prospects in the system, they need to add one.

I think you still have a chance to do that at six.

But the flip side, of course, is they also desperately need to add volume.

And we've talked a lot about, okay, it's great that they have four of the first 41 this year.

What is their path to adding more first-round picks or really high second-round picks in the future?

That's one of the reasons I've been so adamant about the need to trade Philip Roenick.

If you're able to execute a trade down like that, I think it's giving you your best opportunity to have the best of both worlds.

Have the extremely premium asset at the top while also having the volume you need to make a bunch of bets.

Hope a couple of them pick and really reset your prospect pool and set this rebuild up for success down the road.

You'd also have a ton of ammunition to move around the board more if you want, whatever.
