You know, so fortunate, more and more I speak to people, more and more I realize how fortunate lots of us are that we don't experience any of this.
I mean, when you talk about your mom, your whole body opens up.
There's an amazing quote that you said.
You said, when I lost my mother, it felt like losing my compass.
That really got me.
Because I think in life, we sometimes try to, we don't want our parents to tell us what to do or where to go.
And actually, as I've got older in life, I've realized that actually our parents typically, in my experience, and I'm sure yours, your parents are trying to do their best.
And they're navigating us through life as much as they can.
And it's so beautiful that you said that your mum was, you know, you then didn't have that compass in a way.
That's really important.
And for someone listening now, that's what you would say.
Maybe they're in that moment where they feel that they've lost someone.
Yeah.
And they're probably in that moment where they don't think it's going to get better.
Oh, it gets better.
