It was probably my hardest fight.
After that fight, I had a concussion.
I was just like, this guy hits so hard.
um probably aloes um aloes has been my hardest fight but by far like the hardest training camp i've had was with fordillian white really that was just tough that was tough yeah but you got you had to prepare right that was tough we was and you know what makes it even worse my trainer like he has this thing where it's like um he needs to see me do the rounds we were sparring so many 10 rounders it was a joke and it was like
it was like we might like normally in boxing you might ever do like let's say you're fighting 12 rounds you might only ever spar a 12 rounds like once or twice just because you only need to see if you can do it or not you don't actually need to do it but like he makes it but for dilly and white we were sparring 10 rounds 10 rounds 10 rounds 10 rounds and like it was just tiring because i had the hand injury got a groin injury um
Got the hamstring injury, got the bicep injury.
Obviously, I can't be punching properly.
Obviously, my head's hurting.
I've got about 10 rounds.
Energy's low because I don't know how to do a high-intensity interval training the night before.
It's just so many factors.
Like I said, when I went with the Dillian White fight, I just kind of knew what was going to happen because I just trained so hard for it.
The big thing in boxing, right?
Do you know what I used to even do?
What?
I used to wake up and I used to get in my chair and I used to sit outside and eat my porridge in the sun just because I thought the vitamin D would help me in my boxing.
That 1%?
Just that 1%.
Man.
Just that 1%.
