And this letter to my younger self popped up.

And yes, it had to do with MS, but it was so much more because it was basically telling this young girl, your life looks nothing like you imagined.

But what if I told you that you were on one of the biggest TV shows of all time and you have a beautiful family and this, but you also went through a terrible eating disorder and a painful divorce and you live with a neurodegenerative disease.

But that best girl that right now I know you are telling is not good enough and is a loser and who you hate.

You love her and you fight for her and you believe in her even in a disabled body.

That's when I realized that's the story I want to tell in this book.
