Right, that is a good dinner.
Right?
And then you have a challah in there.
Well, I feel like dinner parties – It should be both, really.
It's become something that's like bigger than us now.
And I feel like at the end of the day, like when we kind of dial it back a little bit, we need to be like, okay, well, everything needs to be accessible.
Right.
And it needs to be something that people feel like that they can make at home.
And that's what I try to achieve with the content that I put out, the recipes that I put out, especially the ingredients that I use.
Because I don't want to ask someone to go buy an ingredient once.
That's not fair.
Like sumac, for example.
Sumac is something that is really versatile that I use all the time.
But most people don't have that in their pantry.
And that's why with my cookbook, I want to make sure that the ingredients are being used three to four times.
And that way you're not just buying something once.
And it becomes a pantry staple.
And then you can explore with it.
And you're like, hey, I made these really good pickled onions.
Maybe I can add some sumac to that.
