So I feel like,
we subconsciously are taking these things that we're seeing online and we're doing it because they look cool and so that's not the worst thing ever not the worst thing like and i think i always say like we we find inspiration in so many different ways and i think also because of social media and so if someone's able to inspire you online and then you're able to create something and you feel comfortable enough to produce that on your own like i think that's a really great thing
Well, that's why with everything that I do, like I'm cooking things that I actually want to make.
Right.
Like I don't have time to go proof a dough for 12 hours.
Like there are not enough hours in the day for me.
I also am very impatient and I need something instantly.
So for me, like I want to create like food and recipes and content that is very approachable.
Which is good.
That people feel like that they can make it themselves.
Right.
That's the important thing.
If they're intimidated to get like to do a recipe or you're like, let's say you make a recipe once and then you're like, oh, like this didn't turn out well.
My ego is shot.
Like I just spent all this time, money on ingredients.
Like you feel it's.
really upsetting it's upsetting and i get it like when i was recipe testing for the book which took me like over a year and a half to do like over hundreds of recipes like when a recipe didn't come out like i was like what is wrong here like why are my cookies like right my cookies that i mean a million times like why aren't these coming out or why isn't this vinaigrette coming out why isn't like the consistency that i like so i i completely understand and i think that's the thing is that
When you are making a recipe, I always say, look at the other person's content and look at their recipes and make sure that you like all the ingredients.
It seems that you can follow the steps.
