And that's why most people, when they slow down, end up feeling the sense of.
Anxiety never enough itis.
I have to reach the next goal.
They reach the goal They keep moving and then they can't ever slow down is because they are actually creating safety within their own body and their own nervous system and It has to be the other way around Versus everything outside of me creates my safety and my okayness and my enoughness versus I am okay.
I am enough I am good
And I create from that space and everything else is just a byproduct of how I see myself.
As someone who has broke the majority of my life, I understand this on every cellular structure of my body.
I get it.
I would say that the first thing is compassion with yourself, patience with yourself, and understanding that it's okay that it feels hard right now.
It's okay that you don't have certainty right now.
And the next thing to kind of anchor into even more deeply is understanding
Where is there already abundance within me?
Where is there already abundance available?
Because when we are in a state of survival, when we are in a state of fight or flight, when we are in a state of I am not okay because I don't have enough in the bank account, which is a very valid reason.
I'll never invalidate anyone for feeling that.
Very, very, very, very real and a deeply emotional experience.
However, when we actually take just a moment each day and prioritize what is already here for me, can I turn on the faucet?
Is there water?
Can I go and look at the trees?
And can I see how many leaves, how many blades of grass, how many people there are?
