where is there already abundance that's here that you can anchor into because we cannot create clarity and solid momentum and movement when we are in the survival part of the brain so if you can even just take a moment just to even if it's not the life you want to live right now even if you're not at all where you want to be finding it on purpose in small incremental moments so that your body can relax your body can feel calm
and then you can take action and take the momentum and movement, and it will be so much more powerful that way.

It is this balance of softness and love and caretaking.
And then there's this structure and there's these boundaries that we can put in and the mixture together.
I'm not saying that that's not available to men at all.
But I think that men have... I mean, all of us have been built in to the patriarchal aspect of our society.
And I would say that...
The more deeply even men could be in touch with that side of themselves.
Unbelievable abundance.
Unbelievable.
And I see it even with the 5% of men that I do work with.
The second they are able to actually tap into that and feel that.
and pause and not force or push or compete their way to the thing or be the best at everything.
But to really understand that I can be the best within myself and I can be the best within what I teach and what I do.
