And the literary fiction model is that you only publish once every two years.

And if I write a thousand words a day, which is not a lot, it means that, you know, you have a new manuscript every three to four months.

And when I say I've got five books waiting to go, one of them, one of them is edited, finished and it will come out in September.

So it's completely done the cover and everything's good to go.

The other four are sitting in first draft.

So there might be 18 months of editing in those, but there are five manuscripts sitting there ready to play with.

Oh, no, actually, this one is a different one.

It's a little, the next kind of literary fiction novel, hopefully will be the one about the artist from Bellamina.

This one is, it's little microfiction stories.

So I have two collections of postcard stories, which I published in the past, which are small stories that fit in the back of a postcard.

And this little collection is called No Vagancy.

And it's going to be published by No Alibis Press in September.

And it's all stories about weird things that have happened to me in hotels when I've been staying by myself.

because I know when I'm on the road I can't write lots like novels there's just too much head space to do that so I instead of keeping a diary I write these little kind of small stories when I've got an idea and you know over the last three years they have built up and I was like oh I've got 75 of these and some of them are a bit funny and um so and Rory Jeffers Oliver Jeffers brother he's done some beautiful illustrations for it as well so it's

It's a gorgeous wee book.

Rory does a bit more.

He's more design work, but he's got these gorgeous kind of like line drawings that he's done for me of things in hotels.

So you've got like alarm clocks and the cover is just gorgeous.

And it begins with an introductory essay on how the hotel is designed.
