Um you know, a time you passed up an opportunity 'cause you didn't think you could you could handle it.

Just think about one of those um and write it down.

I'm gonna ask what you come up with one and write it down.

Just one or two sentences o about it.

Then I want you to go back through what you just wrote and underline or circle any words that you can watch for that are gonna clue you into.

Either your choice to follow through with a a behavior that or pattern that doesn't fit you, or to watch or to change that.

So just look for any any clues for words that you would say that when you uh surfle those words, underline those words, that you can just watch for in your word watching process to help you become more aware of whether or not um what you've uh what you've

made up about yourself work for you in this moment.
