So when she had me hold my lips shut, you know, what I made up about myself is nobody wants to hear what I have to say.
Um, so I I need to be quiet.
Um I spent many years being second fiddle, I would say, or not or being hor uh just really afraid to stand up and talk in front of people or not or always feeling like what I had to
say wasn't good enough because I took that also from your such a Jane.
Um so the words that uh the words to pay t that I pay attention to there are um not good enough um or talking talking my voice you know you talk too much I don't have a voice um they might not even be they may or may not show up specifically in what you physically wrote.

underneath that a little bit.
