Because I know you said sort of tongue in cheek that it you use it as a shield.
And I can see how in the case of it being turned into a story arc, there is how shame could develop for you, possibly.
But also I feel like humour when you've done something embarrassing or if you had an embarrassing moment can be really kind of therapeutic and for me can be the thing that like
play it gives it the relevant
size of stress or something like it takes up the right amount of space in my brain and can actually reframe it as I'm kinda glad that happened because I got to laugh about it so much.
That and working out what it is.
