It would be harder to do, I think, in the written form.
You get the opportunity to do breath work exercises, which I've done a few of them.
And there's also music like in the background that just makes it so, yeah.
It's a really, really, really good experience to listen to it.
And I found myself getting so much more emotional.
I wasn't expecting to get emotional, but I got really emotional to the point of tears because I was remembering what it was like to be a teenager and
and how much I didn't know and how terrified I was and the experiences that I had with girls that I just was thinking back of how scared we both were and how little we knew.
And I just felt so sad for the two of us for what it could have been a beautiful moment.
I don't know what their experience of it was, but to me, I just look at a kid fumbling around and not knowing what they're doing and feeling so much pressure to not do the wrong thing, to not upset them, to not do anything that would... Just total fear.
And I had never realised that that was what it was like for me, even though...
it was there was obviously it was enjoyable as well at moments and it was like exciting and it was thrilling and all that kind of stuff but also it didn't need to be so terrifying and then i think of this might sound like a strange link but i think there's i think it gives me real hope my um three-year-old came back from kinder the other day and he had a sticker on and i couldn't see exactly what the sticker said
