And I said, oh, really, Augie, what was the incursion today?
And he said, oh, we learned about our private parts.
And I was like, oh, wow, what did you learn?
And he said, I shouldn't look at my penis.
And I said, no, no, you're allowed to look at your penis.
It made me so happy that we were able to have that conversation around the dinner table, that we were able to have a very, like no stigma from a three-year-old.
This is it.
It's such a wonderful message.
Cause I do think that there is a really sort of old school idea that I think you kind of alluded to earlier when you said that there's this sort of myth of that the peak of sort of the peak is sort of your 20, like
19 or 20s and then it's just downhill from there for the rest of your life and then you're going to have less sex and all that and it's just you've reached the peak already I think I love the way you described not just because we're not just talking about I guess penetrative sex but like all the different ways you can be intimate with your partner that you can explore throughout your whole life and develop a deeper connection that you ever had with someone when you were 19.
Thanks, Ida.
