And so in another context, I think I'd probably be not noticing any of them.
But with the dopamine addiction devices in our pockets and the regularity that the world needs to run on it puts certain pressures on my brain that I'm not great with.

I don't know, lived on a farm, I probably wouldn't notice any deficit whatsoever.

Or in some workplaces.
Yeah.
My mate's mum, who is the grandma to his kids,
has a thing she calls wonder walks, which are for like they're young, so they'd be like three.
And I've stolen this from her and I use it now with my three-year-old.
They basically just go out the door and then it's like you start walking.
You go wherever you want and he just like starts wandering and then she'll just kind of wander and then whatever he points at, they'll stop.
It can take them like two hours to go 200 metres.
but it's just basically he leads everything and it's such a great little thing.
It's awesome.
And I feel like that's extreme dopamine.
