Maryland's Governor Wes Moore says President Trump's decision not to invite Democratic governors to a dinner at the White House is confusing.
On social media, he says he was, quote, uninvited to the National Governors Association dinner, which is typically a bipartisan event.
Moore is the vice president or vice chair, rather, of the NGA, and he's the only sitting black governor in the country.
