Because I imagine you have plenty of clients who come to you who are just trying to grasp onto any kind of morsel of certainty at a time when everything feels so fraught.
How does that work?
What does that look like?
Okay, so what if you do get laid off, right?
The fear comes true.
How do you suggest people emotionally bounce back from that?
Like what sorts of things do you typically recommend to your clients?
This is something I go back to in different parts of my life when I feel like I have little control.
I really try to focus on what I can.
