I don't have a perfect bow to wrap up this episode, but what stuck with me after talking with everyone and what I think about a lot is just how fragile the idea of job security really is.

That might sound depressing to say that our jobs only give us the illusion of stability,

But I think it could also be clarifying.

I don't know if there's a perfect way to hold everything, the financial fear, the fragility, the need to keep going.

But maybe just seeing it for what it is gives us a clearer sense of what we need to lean on.

Not just our savings, but our relationships, our communities, and the parts of us that remind us that we are much more than our jobs.
