If you're raising kids, your life is, you've done this, I've done this.
If you're raising kids, even if you've got a decent income, your life is a lot more expensive.
Child care can cost, you know, $2,500 a month easily in an area like this.

And some of those parents probably are in a sandwich generation.
And if they want to use it for child care or elder care, they could.
