Uh so Jones Lang LaSalle, all of the major commercial real estate companies have stated that right now flexible workspace only makes up five percent of the entire office marketplace.
That number is expected to grow to thirty percent by twenty thirty.
So that's twenty five percent
Growth.
over the next ten years.
That's really, really up and to the right of the entire office marketplace.
Now how that breaks down is twenty percent of that twenty five percent is people coming out of traditional leases.
