Right.
So there's a lot of companies right now that are in five and ten year office leases, use furniture, they're buying coffee, they're paying for internet.
It's simply not gonna make sense for them to do that again when there's better, simpler, flexible options that they can get into, probably in better locations with brand new furniture like we have.
That's why we're starting to have those Fortune five hundred companies come into our space.
The analogy I use is when I land in New York City, there's still a line of taxis, but I call an Uber.
Maybe everybody doesn't call an Uber.
But I call an Uber and usually everybody I'm traveling with prefers to get in an Uber than a taxi.
just a better way of doing something that already existed.
So that's kind of a breakdown for some of the logistics.
Our franchise fee is seventy nine five.
And again, as I mentioned, our total investment typically ranges from about one and a half million to up to about four million dollars for our location.
And again, a big chunk of that is financeable.
And broke down kind of who our typical buyer is.
and even an example of how many actual inquiries we got last year to how many people we ended up qualifying.
So we do a lot of vetting on the front end.
We meet every potential prospect face to face.
And then we invite 'em down to come visit anywhere between three to six of our locations, uh, before they ever even put down a fully refundable deposit.
So again, we have a well tuned process and uh excited about the future growth we have coming in twenty twenty and uh the following years.
It is.
It's typically least spaces.
