If you're looking to sell your house or buy a house in the subdivision, you don't wanna know what people sold for on the other side of town.
You wanna know what people sold for in your subdivision.
Not five years ago, not two years ago.
probably the last six to twelve months is what's gonna matter to you.
Exact same scenario exists when we're looking at a space.
We've had locations that we looked at three years ago that don't make sense, but now those developments have been built.
People are moving into the market.
Now they make sense.

I I usually say, Stan, that I obviously I'm biased uh about our industry, but like I said, I I think really if you have a potential prospect, if you're a franchise consultant, if you're looking to buy a franchise and you're looking at the large investment side of the business, um, I think a lot of people and as I mentioned to you, we've had a lot of people do the research.
There's very few industries overall at large investments that have the forward trajectory that we do in this industry.
And again, everything we do from a sales perspective, I'm able to point to third party validated data.
Now, that may seem like a very basic statement, uh But Sandy, you've been in franchising a long time.
I'm pretty sure you realize that that's not true with most industries.
Right, there's nobody really compiling data on how many pizzas are being eaten on a daily basis in New York City.
